bruce is the boss and like all truly inspiring leaders he is slightly larger than everyone else, his head is slightly larger than normal so it naturally follows that his brain is slightly larger than normal usually giving rise to an opinion difficult to contradict. His heart is also slightly bigger which gives Bruce a high coefficient of charisma and people find themselves naturally drawn to his business. From our perspective of course, he is a slave driving, demanding, uncompromising, meticulous sod. Which is why clients love him and why he owns the company and we don’t.
heidi is a chameleon. Actually to be honest we think she has a split personality (she’s a Gemini). One minute she’s playing in the financial services space, the next she’s a benefactor to a kids charity in Kenya or a storage and materials handling expert or a new media researcher. Because of this most of us find her a little bit scary, but the clients seem to love her. Go figure. It’s probably an account service thing.
brad is an Art Director. Says it all really. Lacks discipline. A dreamer, lost in his own head convinced that there is a better world, with prettier housing estates and no power poles messing up the skyline. We encourage this, reality is sometimes too much for people and Brad doesn’t need to deal with reality, after all what does reality have to do with being a brilliant Art Director.
paola is our Italian. Some might say we stole her from Italy but we openly admit we stole her from a web technology company. Paola brings the earth to our air, water and fire, she brings the ponytail back to our studio, and she brings the bright eyed reason when others bring last night to the office. Ask Paola what Web 2.0 is and she will answer in Binary. It’s perfect.
natasha tweets, blogs, facebooks and probably lots of other new media things the rest of us don’t do yet. She also moves fast. Blink and you’ll miss it fast. We put that down to quick thinking and long legs, but Tash tells us it’s the only way to stay one step ahead of the latest online marketing trend. inqbase’s newest recruit, Natasha has a PR & Comms degree and has set up social media campaigns for a veritable who’s who of Australian businesses.
gregor is our second Kiwi. Technology, systems, cashflow and organisational skills run deep in his blood. A big man with a big heart gregor is the CPU, the mother board and the intel processor of inqbase. Try and run a growing business without a very clever CFO and you’ll probably have major difficulties. Thanks to gregor we don’t. His experience in running a publicly listed company have equipped him with a dazzling array of skills. Good one.
